Alternatif Zero Waste untuk koyo pereda pegal & nyeri otot

Nggak mikir ini ceritanya..
Pulang dari farm, badan lumayan pegel-pegel, apalagi bagian tengkuk, bukan karena capek ngapa-ngapain, tapi karena masuk angin, jadinya nih leher super tegang n pegelnya sampe ke punggung bagian atas.

Jadilah gosok-gosok tiap hari pakai my fav No More Tired Mommy..
Enak banget sih.

Ting!
nih sampah mo ku kemanain ya? Yes, I’m obsessed with my Trash!
good n bad though, hehe..

Kenapa aku binggung dengan sampah koyo?
1. Plastiknya jelas bahannya nggak simple plastik, jadi nggak bisa terurai seperti plastik lainnya dan kategori nyampahnya bakal banget-nget klo di buang ke TPA, my only option is to collect it and make eco bricks or bring to the farm and we make them as part of the cement platform (we’ve been doing this with our non degradable waste for part of our building materials). Tapi jadinya kudu di kumpulin di Malang dulu, kalau ada yang ke farm baru bisa dibawa dan.. aku nggak sukanya, samalah besok-besok klo butuh heating pad buat pegel, dan pembangunan farm udah selesai, dan kebutuhan eco bricks keluarga udah tercukupi, masak mo nyumpelin sampah ke eco bricks ini mah alesaaannnnn…. my answer to this is NO!

Tuk kain koyo, mo aku coba komposkan aja.. and i’ll see how it goes..
InshaAllah aku ingat tuk ngasih update beberapa bulan kemudian, gimana kabarnya kain koyo ini.

Just to let you know, berikut ini cuplikan dari tulisan penggunaan koyo di USA. dengan merek ThermaCare. Pikirku, ini mereka sama aja.. mo yang versi Indonesia, atau USA, sama-sama Koyo hangat.

  • ThermaCare® can be disposed of in your regular trash. To be safe, dispose of it 8 hours after it is out of the primary foil package (or 12 hours later for Knee & Elbow products). Care should be taken to keep ThermaCare® out of the reach of children and animals.

  • No. ThermaCare® HeatWraps aren’t recyclable. Recyclable products, like paper, plastic and glass, fall into a single material category. ThermaCare® is made from several different materials, which means recyclers won’t accept them.

Ini dia si kecil-kecil cabe rawit yang kupake.

VS

No More Tired Mommy Balm I made my self but I need to make super heat like cabe level version ^^

Jadi nyesel akhirnya, kok nggak dengerin kata suami beberapa tahun yang lalu, pas bikin no more tired mommy ini, tuk bikin versi yang super panas, level cabe gitu. Sekarang orang Manado bilang KATULA, alias kapok sendiri deh.

But u know, whatever it is that is related to health, I only can recommend you to take your best way of doing it for the sake of health! We’re nothing when we’re sick, or dead. As this things can be sustainable as long as we’re living, breathing.

Often times when I don’t slow down and freeze, to think first in order to react on things or thoughts or conditions, I create more waste & I don’t give the best possible way, just like my heating pad experience.

ps: This is not an ads blog post, but since this particular stuff can be found in GMS (I formulate it my self upon family need then share with others), You can always make it yourself or if you don’t have time or not confident or afraid with the chilli involved in the making (YES AND ITS LOTS N LOTS OF CHILLI!) you can come and bring your own container and we will make it for you! ^_^
